Marston Charges

Hi

I got a CCJ for an unpaid debt.

Marstons have called. Debt has now apparently gone to high court and extra charges plus interest being added.

Can somebody please tell me what charges are legit and what are not as they have literally called once with no previous correspondence and added officers fees alone of £160.

Their sheet reads Judgement Debt, Judgement costs, Execution costs, interest to, officers fees Total levy....

So basically the bill has jumped by another £300 from the original court order.

Any advice please?

Direct your question to tomtubby,I have received fantastic advise from tomtubby on advising me to claim back excessive fees,and advising my friend (via me) to not persue charges from bailiffs as the outcome for my friend could not have been better,you might be lucky and tomtubby may spot your post and have already posted info to you,hope this helps,only giving this info because tomtubby seems very genuine in his/her work.

You need to apply to have the judgement set aside or you need to make a application to pay in instalments. The form you need is :
