Hi there im in debt probley small to some of your debt however i keep missing payments and could do with sorting it all out and getting debt free

one loan with RBS £3600 over 4years, outstanding balance to pay around £1700 with a stupid high intrest rate, £90 a month

RBS credit card maxed out £650, £30 a month

black horse finance around £2000, £112 a month

mobile phone contract £35 a month

bike insurance £40 a month

little woods £450

now what i would like to do is to write the loan off but im only 21 and dont have a clue how i would go about this, or even to take another loan out to pay all the debt off and just have one big payment however because of the charges ect my credit rating is realy poor and not sure what options i have :( i realy need to sort this out asap cause i just keep getting into more debt. any advise welcome thanks.

well i would p'haps start with reclaiming all your charges, everything you list above is not affected by the general 'stay' about bank charges.

loans. finance.credit cards are all fair game for getting them back.

have a look on the home page for the FAQ's and help in starting the processes going.

you mention bike insurance, i take you mean road insurance, well thats not a debt? unless it is PPI on a loan to pay for the bike?

mobile phone, cancel the contract [if you can] and get a pay as you go.

littlewoods? if its a catalogue, they are notorious for not having the correct paperwork [re CCA request].

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
