hi caggers

can anyone explain or have a link to the freedom of information act, it has been mentioned in a few threads and i would like some more information as i always thought that there was a time limit, normally decades as to when this info is available

had a long standing problem with the council bailiffs that is now settled and was wondering if i had any course of redress

i am wondering if i can sar the company as i was charged extortianate charges and at the time did not now about this site and despite intervention from my local mp to the council, they adopted a hardline attitude

i have since repaid all debts through attachment of earnings and have paid thousands to the bailiffs with their underhand tactics

would love to be in their face again and make them justify their "reasonable charges"

this debt has been settled, i have been sifting through threads and spotted a spark that has ignited a fire, i have always worked since the age of sixteen.

i was tucked up for a large sum of money and it took a long time to recover and it resulted in this debt, i managed to keep the house but as the council stick to their procedures, i was always playing catch up resulting in charges and the intervention of the bailiffs.

i took my former employer to a tribunal for the monies owed and was told i was out of time

i had been with them since i was sixteen and after fifteen years service i was a little niaeve to belive what i was being told, my first chid had just been born three months premature and i had other priorities

if i can return to this now, even just for the acknowledgement that i was incorrectly treated by both the council and the bailiffs, as i do not believe any monies would be repaid, just to help others in a similar situation
