Hi,

In order to try and determine the enforceability of my cca agreements for all my credit cards i have requested my agreements from all.

I would be extremely grateful if anybody could offer any advice on their enforceability by looking over the agreements I have received or by offering any other advice.

I wrote to MBNA regarding my mastercard on 11/11/08 and they sent me the following agreement:

At the moment I am not sure what I need to be looking for, however any advice on its enforceability would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance!

Hi there,

Welcome to CAG.

A good thread to read about Consumer Credit Agreements is this one by Steven 4064 - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general-debt-issues/162851-consumer-credit-agreements.html

I've had a look at your MBNA scans and it would appear that this Credit Card was applied for online as ticks have been used instead of signatures.

I would say that what MBNA have sent you is enforceable, as it contains the prescribed terms required.

Others may have a different viewpoint.
