had a car from welcome finanance for 6 month. we paid a month and a half. then we started getting problems. had problems with the tracking being out. then a set of tyres. so we refused to pay.as we had only had this car month and half.and a 06 reg.also they took our old car as deposit, but looked through the fiance and cant see were the £1000 deposit for my old car is. its like the £1000 for my car they took of me just vanished into thin air. so i know have them chasing me for the money i owe them. but do i have a leg to stand on. and should i seek legal advice on this.? mean after all if they have robbed my car off me then surely the finance legal document is not vaild. not sure weather i would have a leg to stand on if i did seek legal advice. i dont expect to have to pay for tracking and tyres after a month and half, on a 06 car. they also keep apparently ringing me, and for them to ring me and no answer on my mobile there charging me £10 for the privillage.

Until you start paying again then your position is considerably weaker. I suggest you clear any backlog and then complain. They won't be interested whilst you are in arrears, and neither would a court be, I'm afraid.
