Hi. I took out a loan with Welcome Finance in 2006 (silly boy) After a couple of years i ran into financial difficulty. A few months ago i got myself back on track and negoiated a settlement with Welcome, i halved my payments but now it is going to take about ten years to clear the loan. The interest rate is now 1% per month. The reason i agreed to this was i was sick of visits to my house and being charged ten pounds each time for the priviledge. After reading some other experiences on here i was thinking that my original agreement, if they have it, is not valid. Beacause i restructed the payments and debt do i still have a case? Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers

They sent me the three credit agreements and a statement of account. I have posted the agreements up for someone to have a look at. Will i post the statement of account as well? At first glance there is over £1000 worth of charges!!!

Is it possible to claim back all these charges? £10 for phone calls etc? Im paying tax on these charges. Are there templates for these type of charges? Can they be considered as penalty charges?

You need to add up all the charges and state that you would dispute the charges and make an official request for them to be repaid.....

Thanks. I don't think so.

What template could be used for this? Cheers
