Hi, I'm new here, need some advice on a mobile I bought from CW...

So, two weeks ago a bought a sim free Blackberry 8310 in store from CW. Everything was great until the pearl button wouldn't work (basically the main button that allows you to select whatever item on the phone). I decided to go into the store the next day (exactly 14 days after purchase) for them to fix the problem. I was expecting for them to send the phone off for repair, which I didn't mind. I explained the situation to the staff member. I showed him my receipt and guarantee. His only response while I was there was to ask me some routine security questions (post code etc.). He brought another Blackberry out to replace my faulty one with. I thought great no need for repair, no inconvenience. Everything was fine...

Until I returned home and started entering my contacts again. The phone CW gave me already had a list of contacts- someone eles- including bank account pin numbers. It soon hit me that he had replaced my phone with a used phone. I (now regretful) deleted all these contacts and replaced them with my own contacts. A few hours later I discovered there was a gap on the back of the phone where it should be sealed tightly (I compared this to my dad's Blackberry, same model and my boss's). And not long after that the phone started freezing. Non of the buttons would work until I took the battery out and put it back in. I'm guessing they simply replaced my faulty phone with another faulty phone.

I'm giving CW a visit on tues after work to resolve the problem. Never really done the whole complaining thing. Any advice? I hear mobile phone stores are evil when arguing your case. How should I approach this? I can't email on the go at the moment which has screwed up a lot things for me as I'm sure any Blackberry users out there can imagine...

Immediately take the phone back and ask for a NEW phone in replacement of your original. They cannot replace a new phone with a used one.
