Hi all,

not been on for a while but i have a question.

just been looking at the cap 1 successes sticky and noticed no further entries after march 2008.

are we still reclaiming from them or has the wagons wheel fell off?

I have 2 cap 1 cards with around £120 charges on each.

Hummm, your right Martin. Oh and welcome back :)

As far as I am aware people are still claiming and winning :D

It may be that the successes sub-forum has not been updated for a bit. I would start as per normal with a S.A.R. if you don't know for sure what charges you have incurred. I go and ask admin about the updates and get back to you.

Cheers,

Lex

Ha, There you are, Martin 3030 is on the case :)

It seems because CAP1 are such 'nice' people to deal with, a lot of case's end up in the debt forum.

Here's one for you to look at :-

Yes ditto.

There have been ammended pocs for claiming probably since you was last here.

Aside from that-nothings really changed insofar as.

Its a possibility that your Court may stay on account of (and Misguided thinking of) that CC charges are relevant to the OFT case.

To lessen the possibilities of this happening there are drafts available to cross that when it comes.

Yeah, Cap1 is paying out, no problems, I got mine back, and I am not aware of anyone who hasn't had their money back off them, although you will have to file at court before they pay up. You file, they acknowledge with intent to defend then pay up before filing a defence. Mine was around the £120 as well.

Theres a thread running on CAG about it.

Latest round ended last week-its still up in the air so to speak, but fair to say nothing will be changing this side of 2008.

Footnote-Bookie I know what you are saying but wonder if that position has changed since the stay scenario.

My understanding is that these stays are being imposed very early at the Courts own motion without hearings.
