Are you all ready for Thursday ?

Good luck:)

As ready as we'll ever be, thanks citizenB.:)

When it's all over, I'll phone, Annushka, and she can post a quick summary to give everyone the news. That way you'll get to know a bit quicker than if I have to get home first.

I can't believe it's finally coming to the end after sooooo long.

Are we going to run a book as to wether they will withdraw before the date?

May be more of a certainty than us getting a Government any time soon :)

My intuition says they'll plough on

I have just received a text from my Patma (my mother) and I'm afraid it is bad news. Fred has lost but there will be an appeal. I'm quite shocked at the moment and don't know the details yet.

Patma will update you as soon as possible.

Only just seen this amazing thread and it's taken me nearly 2 days to read.

On the basis of what I've read the decision reached in judgment is nothing short of astonishing.

The only possible explanation could not possibly be stated on a public forum such as this but suffice to say I'm sure that I'm not alone in hoping that any appeal is conducted upon points of law and outside the Devon and Cornwall area.

Would like to offer my sincere commiserations to all involved.

As of 03/03/12 please do not under any circumstances wait for my further input or guidance on any current thread or defence of a court claim I might have been involved in on or through Cag.

Perhaps this thread should have been made invisible. No doubt that after all this time it must have been found by someone reporting to them and they gleaned too much info. If you're going to conduct your appeal on CAG it's worth thinking about asking for it to be hidden.
