This killer Court bundle that the clamant have submitted, did the part 36 offer of HALF THE AMOUNT CLAIMED arrive with it? Seems a funny thing to do if so what with all the evidence they have, to only take half when they just have to wait a couple more weeks and get the full amount plus a very handsome costs award......

Quite obviously the CCTV footage the 'quote' and the invoice belong in the DEFENCE bundle along with the rest of the stuff which proves they are not being as truthful as the Court might expect..

The other one has gone out of their way to be compliant, above board, fair and respectful to the other party and most importantly honest at all times.

 

ps I really think we should take that bit about having heads skewered on stakes on the walls of the Tower of London out the Part 20 counterclaim. It can always go in the Data Protection action or the Human Rights action.

These reptiles clearly need a Farm Slurry Tanker or two of warm ripe Bullock Poop sprayed all over their offices, to cover their entire building, every window and every single BMW in a fetching shade of brown.

 

 

Once they have been highlighted for all to see by a thick slimy coating of finest West Country steaming plop, then the locals will finally be able to pin-point where the awful pungent pong in that area has always come from.
