Our annual review is due with CCCS, this is our 1st one with them, I cannot remember what we disclosed as our I&E was when we 1st joined them, however, with the additional increases in food / petrol / utility bills / etc, etc, how do I go about preparing for my review?

 

I'm not going to be dishonest, but I don't want my creditors thinking I have more money than I actually have.

 

This is a joint DMP, and neither of us have received a pay increase since joining CCCS, so our income has not increased.

 

I'm struggeling with this review, any suggestions / advice will be most welcome.

I presume the review will be done on the phone, they will have the existing I/E, just tell them no change in income, and then which expenditure has increased and by how much, they should then send you a revised plan with lower payments across the board.

Please note i have no legal training any advice i give comes from my own experience and from what i have learned on this site
