I bought a vehicle today that I found online. The said vehicle is a 2005 F-150 2wd. I decided to visit the dealer and take it for a test drive. Satisfied with the mechanical condition of the vehicle I decided to buy it.The sticker and the site advertising the vehicle stated that it has cruise control and tilt steering. I noticed that the vehicle didnt have these features until I got home. I bought the vehicle in Az. Im just curious to what my options are for returning the vehicle or getting a different one from the Auto Dealer. I tried calling them but guess they havnt returned my call. I also understand that dealers base their prices off of vehicle features. If the vehicles price was based on having these features...isnt that in itself illegal? They are basing the vehicle price off of features that it claims to have but indeed does not. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Are you from the UK? not sure what AZ is (Arizona?) but you also called it a autodealer as opposed to car dealership so I'm assuming you are not in the UK.

Is there not a clause in the sales of goods act that the car has to be as advertised and not significantly different to what it was described as? I dont have it on me/near me and I could be mistaken from some Paypal information I was reading recently.

I'm sure someone with more knowledge will be able to answer
