a property that has been repossessed has been sold ( way too cheap) and i have asked the lender a barrage of questions regarding this. they have answered that my signatures are "different" - well of course they are as i now use a different one. However prior to repo they were happy to accept my "then new digital signature" then ,why not now?

what should i say to them as i need this info to prove any wrongdoings on their side, i dont want to sign anything anymore to a ( lender) anyone
