replied letter from dca 15/10 reminding dca that they have to supply me with true copy of properly executed credit agreement not just an application form. Also, asked dca to supply statement of account, copy of terms and conditions at time the account was taken out, and remined them they have defaulted in my request.

bumping to bring back to list and not be forgotten - thanks all :)

maroondevo52, The Godmother and all,

There has been no replies back from the CCA/Statute Barred Letters which I send last year. As said they only reply with only a copy of the agreement and no other information about this alleged debt, no reply to my CCA request and nothing about the statute barred.

So, do i just continue to wait and assume that the DCA have nothing and alleged debt is statute barred OR do i write to them again?

Hi, Bob.

I'd just sit it out for now, I CCA'd Cabot about a year ago, heard nothing since :)

congratulations Bob.

You have won the CAG star prize of the waiting game.

To redem the star prize all u need to have done is sent a CCA/SB request to a creditor and they have not replied.

Good luck in the waiting game.

maroondevo52, The Godmother,

You seems to be having loads of fun with this and I am beginning to see the lighter side of it and my life along the way. Yes, I will just sit out and wait and wait until such time Cabot and other DCA decide to write/reply. Then I can post and get further help and advice.
