The scale of charges for parking tickets are different to those for collecting council tax. It's a bit of a trawl but they are on here somewhere. I've got a note of them at home (as am going for overcharges on one I paid a few years ago). Will dig them out for you this evening if no one else advises.

Can i ask how much they charged in total.

The visit fee should have been £29.74. A second visit fee would be £38.06. Was there not a fee for Clamp?

total of £366.49 this included the debt of £95.00 & 0.85p card processing fee! as if they didnt take enough extra lol plus they added VAT!

first visit they didnt knock just put a hand delivered letter throw the door about 6am!!

2nd visit was the day the car got clamped, he clamped my partner went out he drove my partner to the cash point which was a waste of time cos can only draw out max £600 so took card details and processed them at 8am when he returned to unclamp car and give me receipt.

there is nothing on receipt or recent letter to state how much they charge for clamping but maybe this is the enforcement fee!
