went to court yesterday, eversheds solicitor was there ,we listened to the judge, she said she would have to grant them their charge on the house, but keep the repayment at the same as my dmp.

She also told eversheds solicitor that there was no way on earth that she would consider making us sell to get them their money back, and she workded it out that it would take 19 years to pay them back, she said she found that reasonable. She mentioned it 3 times that she would never consider making us sell,so basically she was letting know it would be a waste of their time to even threaten it as it wont happen :D

i know they got the charge, but i feel fine i feel i have won a victory too,as the judge reassured me that its simply now a secured loan and nothing more so i am happy with this :-D
