Cheers Dolly,

I have cancelled and re-issued, I had 3 minutes to cancel (10am) when I phoned up:o !!!

Sorry for being a doughnut, I just had it in my head that the total amount was charges and fee.

Thanks

Thank God - last night you had ME worried and made me doubt myself - I searched for ages thinking I was wrong and kept re-checking things! Bummer that the fee has gone up but better to get all that interest back :)

Hi,

Not yet, mine is only showing as issued online. I did have a letter from the court telling me it had been issued etc etc. I know they have been a bit slower at paying out, I would have thought yours would be this week so could be a good weekend for you!!

This really bl$$dy works!!!! First lot of money there this morning

correction £950

Correction £950

Correction £925

Credit by cash £440

Correction £20

Its about 50% of the total claim

Looks like they try to disguise it, in case you show your statements to the press or something. Anyway thanks for all the support and a special thanks to this site and in particular Mystic Dolly who put me straight at a critical point, in fact can you PM me details of your Paypal addy as I insist on buying you a bottle of something nice, if you would accept of course. I was 3 minutes away from messing up my MCOL and you put me right and you have helped a lot of people on this Nationwide site.

When I get the balance through i'll leave the donation although I think i'll need the Paypal email address as it come up with a blank Paypal page.

Bottle of Moet I think tonight.:D :D :D:lol:

Hi everyone,

knew it was to good to be true. I have received a letter from Nationwide basically saying that they have paid half the figure and have investigated the charges to come to this figure and if I want to complain then use their standard procedure.

What now? Do I just let the 28 days run down and request judgement??

Just about to send this as no more cash (as expected) has hit my account. Do I need to include anything else?

Thank you for the part payments refunded to my account so far, but as this figure is considerably different to mine, I will not be advising the court that this matter is settled until I am satisfied that I have got back all the unlawful charges. I will also be expecting the return of any further charges and interest that may have been taken from my account since the start of this claim, plus the daily interest rate.

I look forward to receiving the full amount still outstanding plus any amounts mentioned above, by XX October 2006, otherwise I will have no choice but to continue with the claim and file for judgement.

Please could you send me a full breakdown of the charges that you have refunded, so that I may check these with my own figures.

Very very strange, my account had about £200 in it, when I go online now it says account balance £2400 available £1900, yet when I actually click on the account and go into the view where you can see the last few transactions it says balance £200. Not sure if this is the rest going in and not cleared or what???? Bearing in mind they still owe me 3K I thought they were going to stretch it out until the last minute, i'll keep you posted.
