I received a final written warning following a disciplinary hearing. I have appealed the findings of the hearing on two grounds.

1The company had not followed its own policies & procedures .

2.the decision was too severe considering the acknowledged mitigating circumstances.

Went to the appeal and they wanted to re-hear the whole disciplinary case again.

I objected because they could end up dismissing me after re-hearing the case.

Case was adjourned to a later date.

Can they do this?

What can I do.

What happens if I withdraw my appeal?

Is this legal?

Help and advice is needed.
