Evening All !

Can any one tll me if there is a difference between

(b) NOTICE OF DISPUTE

I filed an NOC Drafted by my Solicitor (at great expense) Equifax re wrote it competely and called it a Notice of Dispute.

Where do I go from here?

The notice of dispute is used to ask them to investigate information that you believe to be incorrect.

Notice of correction requires then ti reply to you within 28 days

They can either correct it,remove it,or do nothing.

You can add your own notice of correction -if they dont agree with it then they have to apply for a ruling from the ICO
