I am going to give Barclays a call and see if they want to settle before i send in my bundle

I have the Following contact details, just wondered who is the best to contact or should i just ask for the person dealing with my case>

Krysta Campbell 0207 116 4753

A Lombardi 0207 116 5634 NOW PAUL Quinn

Charlie Sparling 0207 116 1944

Any thoughts

Paul

Just gave all 3 a call

Krysta rang and then Ansaphone

other 2 went straight to Ansaphone

I guess ile just keep trying, not going to bother leaving messages as we know they dont return them.

I have just come accross the contact details for the HEad of Litigation at Barclays, so i think i will send him an email after i have spoken to someone

what is the correct etiquette when phoning to ask if they will settle? basically, "Hi, I have a court case with you, would u like to settle?".

And by phoning, are you offering a compromise settlement figure, or asking for the whole amount?

I'm confused why the banks happily settle by telephone?

Ok

Think i may be getting nearer the finishing line

I spoke to Kate re settling my case, She said she would get my figures checked and call me back by the end of the week

I also asked about charges that i have incurred since I brought the claim (£180) and she said these could just be added on.

Even more reason for the weekend to come quicker now..

Just given Kate a chase up (never called me back on Friday).

She was waiting for my figures to be checked and confirmed and she has got them back now

She said she would be sending out the offer letter in the post today, I asked if she could fax it and she is going to do that before lunch today.

Hopefully it will be the same figure that i gave them, probably short of some interest aswell i guess.
