52 days have went by since abbbey debited my account, request for six year back bank statements

and not a word from abbey.

 

I sent the proper form 1st time up but without reading the FAQ .I never new back then I had to sent a tenner.

 

they sent me a form to fill in named (authorisation request for account transaction statement)

can I still report them to the proper authority? and if so whats the link please?

and am I reading things right-can one only claim upto 15 hundred bucks in scotland?

read a bit of the scottish threads but still confused

thank you karn I did send the £10 52 dAYS ago. but but six weeks before that

I sent the proper form from this site without the £10,very clever the banks ey

must read more on the scottish law, but strapped for time.anyone else back

up karns £750 being your lot quickly would be a big help.

Yep. £750 is the limit you can claim through Small Claims Court in Scotland. Summary Cause limit is £1500 but a bit more complicated. Not fair that there's such a huge difference between Scotland and England is it?

11/7 Data Protection Act Disclosure Request sent to Pam Speed 1st Class recorded delivery

 

27/6 FOUND STATEMENTS FOR 13/4 - 14/12/2005!!!

27/6 Request for refund sent

7/7 Sorry you've complained letter received
