Well, some very 'emotive' and some 'strong' and descriptive wording here ...

biting staff members necks

Erm, just on this point? If, as you say, this is so serious ... outrageous TBH, that no one has ever caught them out before, yet apparently so prolific and been going on for so long, ... if, as you claim, he has bitten staff members necks, there would be some traces left to be physically matched with him ... why has this not been reported to the police, who would then have probably carried out an examination eg forensic on the wound ... biting someone on the neck is going to leave some residue, particularly from his teeth. This is not CSI BTW, but a simple swab of the 'bite mark' if there was one, even if not, it's hard to see how nothing would be left on their necks would provide evidence. Or wouldn't you think so?

I don't disbelieve you, but that above alone would be 'proof' ...

Have you also thought of using a mobile phone camera? Can easily be held, inside your hand, lens facing his or that way each time something happens. Just some ideas.

Rubbish

During horse play I bite my OH on the neck all the time without leaving any mark whatsoever & if I did She'd thump me............. hard

Anything else you'd like to share with us:grin:

I'm not trying to take way from the seriousness of the thread by the way.

Don't wait for your employer to act. Go straight to the police.

hi everyone and hope you call give me some advice.

i work in the catering industry and had a new manager appointed approx 9 month ago.

to cut along story short he first started out being very touchy feely with the staff then it progressed to undoing of womens bras. biting staff members necks ,massaging shoulders ,kissing on the lips.sticking his tongue in a 60 year old womans ear, pushing us up againts tables and dry humping etc, as you can imagine this is pretty gross.

my self and many others are single parents

The dirty, grubby little git.

Go straight to the police, this is beyond an employment issue, it is criminal behaviour.

If this turd walked down a street doing this he would be locked up straight away.

As I have remarked before & say again & as weird now suggests go to the police cos it doesn't appear as if the employer is taking your complaints seriously enough.

After receiving such a serious compliant particularly when from more than one source they should have suspended this guy with immediate effect until they could investigate. To permit him to still have contact & more importantly control over his victims, alleged or otherwise, is disgraceful & beyond the pale............Not only that they are laying the themselves open to being sued by this guys victims for failing to act thereby contributing to his victims anxieties & stress.

DON'T WAIT.............GO TO THE POLICE

no the police were not involved but that was our next step if the company didnt do anything to sort out the problem, looking back we should have contacted the police first, if it happens again then we would.

I'm sorry & whilst it's great YOU & your workmates have been saved from this perv I can't help thinking that unless this creep is brought to book by the law he's just going to carry on doing what he does to others.

Therefore may I suggest nay ask that you & your friends report this guy to the police anyway in order to protect others............... Also a successful prosecution won't do any claim for compensation harm. In this I'm thinking of your friend who's off sick with stress
