Hi this may have already been answered but i cant seem to find it anywhere. Card companies often (when making an application for a credit card) get you to tick a box which is conformation that you agree to the terms and conditionsis this a valid signature under the CCA?thanks in advance.....

Since the enactment of SI 2004/3236 The Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Electronic Communications) Order 2004, electronic signatures are acceptable for us on credit agreements.

This can be something as simple as a tick box to say you agree.
