Who cares, a bankruptcy petition will lay a CCJ to rest anyway.

If it was me who had to fight this i would, but there are two i cant fight, and win even so.

But it is not my debt, its my OH and she cannot fight it, for mental health reasons, and thanks to the joke that is the legal system, i cant do it for her as her health problems are not bad enough:rolleyes:

That said, i can still win, in a round about way, just hope i can string it out to cost them as much as poss first;)

Yep, report all DCAs concerned to all arbitration bodies concerned.

Then, as your conduct clearly is unacceptable, go and sit on the naughty step - before a collector takes it from you.

Reliable cracks me up - that has to be one of the most laughable lines in any DCA correspondence from any company.

Dear Moorcroft,

You were unable to collect on this account when you were acting for ABC.. what on earth makes you think you can now collect on it acting for CBA.. it is still the same account, and it is still subject to default of s78.

Pursuing an account when you know full well it is subject to dispute is in breach of OFT Guidelines. Oh, but you would know that wouldnt you.. because I pointed it out to you the last time... muppets.

Yours

really, really ticked off.

Guest Cartaphilus

The more I keep seeing this thread title the more I keep thinking about what they might do or say:

1) Tell someone to go stand on the 'naughty step'

2) Stand in the corner

3) Straight to bed with no porridge

Well, you can see ... I hope. :D
