I have a thread in the First Direct forum, but have a query about the allocation questionnaire.

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/first-direct/133998-taylors-first-direct.html

Do I need to add in the Draft Directions in the "other information" as shown in the template?

This may be an obvious question, but why am I stating I will send schedules of charges and staements etc to the court and defendent within 14 days, when I have already done this with my N1?

What it slow down the process if I don't write in the draft directions?

I'd be grateful for any advice.

The statements referred to in the draft directions are those which would normally be supplied in the court bundle 14 days before hearing. The draft directions brought all the timings forward for exchange of documents to add the pressure on the banks.

So yes you do need to supply 2 lots. once when you submit your claim and again for the bundle to be used at the hearing.
