I am aware that the behaviour of VM legal team,in at least 3 other cases, mirrors Mo's experiences.

VM have been systematically failing to comply with Court orders, have been late filing, and have frequently sought to frustrate due process.

It is essential that VM claimants bring this behaviour to the Courts attention.

No doubt some will try and say it wasn't a "real" win in court, but I think most of us recognise this for what is it: a complete victory for Mo. Well done! :-D

someone.

As far as I know-this is the highest single amount they will have had to pay from all the cases I are aware of-both from a Court or out of Court sett.

So this is a very nice result.

Just one point that should be mentioned.

Those following this-will have seen that there has been a good deal of exchanges off the main site area here.

This was done in consideration of preventing VM from being in any position to benefit from work behind the scenes.

Whilst CAG does not encourage the use of pms and off site exchanges where it can be done within the confines of the thread,it was felt appropriate here.

However,a more detailed chain of events, together with those things it was felt needed to be concealed temporararily, will be posted here, once its considered in the interest of all concerned.

This was the agreement originally and will stand.

There are a couple of VM claimants at an advanced stage who it is likely will be relying on some of the things in MOs case.

So please be a little patient -for more to be posted.

We do not want to compromise those other claimants cases.

Thanks for understanding.

Interested in the link to the Early day motion - seems to date from 2007. Does anyone know where this stands in legislative terms?

As an amusing aside, I'm sitting here debugging a .NET web application and so searched in a separate Internet Explorer tab on the UK Parliament site only to have a .NET error page come up - thought I'd mixed the two windows up :)

If in doubt, contact a qualified insured legal professional (or my wife... she knows EVERYTHING)

Or send a cheque or postal order payable to Reclaim the Right Ltd.

to

923 Finchley Road London NW11 7PE

Click here if you fancy an email address that shows you mean business! (only £6 and that will really help CAG)

If you can't donate, please use the Internet Search boxes on the CAG pages - these will generate a small but regular income for the site

Please also consider using the
