Here in the City Of Culture you will need to go to the Priory Courts in Bull Street in the city centre to file. The staff are really helpful and don't mind answering any question about procedures. 3 POC's

3 Spread sheets

 

And your court fee. Or if you are on benefits, your proof of entitlement.

 

The court will take all 3 sets, stamp them. Send 1 lot back to you, send one to the bank, and keep 1.
