Here are the template letter for non compliance with the Data Protection Act, send this after 40 days have passed since your SAR.

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/6986-data-protection-act-non.html

If you believe the documents they have sent in response to as CCA section 77/78 letter don't comply with the Consumer Credit act write and tell them why they don't comply and confirm until they provide a document that does comply your account is unenforceable.

To reinforce your position (especially if your intending to stop repayments)I would also write a separate letter confirming that until they provide a suitable response and the requested documents your account is in dispute and they can take no legally enforceable action to recover the disputed balances or report any data about you to third parties. A good starting point for this type of letter is the section 10 notice template

and of course all letters should be sent recorded delivery :)
