I think they are just threatening you and they are part of MH, the debt they arelooking to collect how old is it? Did you get a CCA for it to ensure they can even collect on this debt.

the debt is over 6 years and i have not recived any thing i have never acknowledge the debt andhave told them that the person they want is not here

Thats typical Mac Hall there is a letter in the templates for statue barred, they are just trying to scare you with the letter and the wording, either ignore it or send the statue barred letter.
