LOL...funniest thing in ages...well done that man...I particularly liked " 1 forum lurker to respond to the original post 6 months from now and start it all over again."...and a few more...

  • 1 to post that the light bulbs need changing in the first place
  • 1 supermod to "ooops, wrong button" so that all lightbulbs blow, and all posts relevant to lightbulbs disappear
  • 5 people to do some undercover research, and report that LB have a thread on lightbulbs now, and a double agent to state that SH has been discussing lightbulbs since 2005 (they raised the whole issue of lightbulbs to start with)
  • 1 green and wormy supermod to appear on television with Martin Lewis, discussing the whole lightbulb/consumer revolution "aaah want maaah lightbooolbs chairnged..."
  • 3 to say that they watched the program
  • 1 of the watchers to say that he thought the CAGger from Bristol had nice boobies...
  • 2 to have their lightbulb comments moderated, and therefore disappear to LB in a hissy fit over the removal of their right to free speach (sic)

  • 3 members to start going off on a tangent, so that by the time we reach post 63 the subject has nothing whatsoever to do with lightbulbs...or even changing...and users have to go back to post 1, read the whole thread again, and realise why they clicked on the thread in the first place...

  • 3 members to have a pointless and very long argument about changing the thread title, not the lightbulb...
  • 2 members to say "...ooohhh, quick, another OFT announcement...let's get back to proper CAG business..."

If the lightbulb really wanted to change it would get professional advice and ignore all those people trying to change it. If it didn't, what's wrong with a lightbulb's rights to stay just the way it is, if that's what it wants.
