Sorry if this the wrong topic - its was the most appropriate I could find.

 

From what I understand when you buy something over the internet you have the same rights as if you buy on the phone.

More specifically you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period in which to 'change your mind' and you can return the goods.

 

How to concert tickets fit into this ? I know the sites that sell them say 'no refunsds or exchanges', but that does not of course mean that this is so. (Of course tickets are not goods as such, but nevertheless...)

 

Basically ive ordered 2 tickets for a gig, and the confirmation email says they are seated. I know for sure I clicked on the 'STANDING' option but ive rang their CS and they basically to me that as I had to click proceed on a confirmation page, and even if I misclicked this page would have said 'SEATED' that its all my own fault and thats an end of it.
