I want to try and get a sofa on credit but although I have no ccj`s or defaults my credit score is still quite low.

Does anyone know what store might be best for me to try?

I know DFS use ge money so if I am right, are the same company as capital one? If so I have a well paid cap 1 card so I was hoping I may get accepted.

Any ideas please? :)

Hi, Pebs.

Me and the wife got a sofa from DFS on credit no problem, and at the time both had dodgy credit scores.

Mind you, the sofa was gash :o Think they knocked it together from a old Blue Peter show.:p

That was a few years ago, maybe they've upped their game.(Quality wise, I mean);-)

Regards.

Scott.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

Pebs,

I know what you mean, you feel like a right Piers Morgan or a convict even.:p

Even when I have a good credit score I still worry they'll knock me back.

I don't think DFS are that strick with their checks.

Mind come back and tell us about the sofa, what colour it is and how soft ect.:p

Regards.
