There is a farm yard quite close to where i live that has tanks and all sorts of military equipment for sale.

You can get pretty much anything these days. There was an Aircraft Carrier on Ebay the other day. . .

You can buy ex military Aircraft for it. . . .

 

You could turn it into a Flying club / Restaurant, and park loads of light Aircraft on it. I bet that idea would be popular in the right location.

Not knowing the full size of the deck, it looks possible to land on it. Take off would be a little more difficult. I wonder if the Catapult still works?
