I have access to various bits of info about CCJs against banks. Anyway at the last count; here are the scores -

Barclays Bank 399 (255 in the last 12 months!)

Capital One 59

Lloyds TSB 804 (635 in the ;last 12 months!)

HBOS 188 (96 in the last 12 months)

So at the moment Lloyds are very much in the lead. I will update this tomorrow as I need to go home from work now.

What a nice way to spend the last 20 mins

These won't be registered CCJ's though will they?

After all, they all paid up within 1 month

The majority of the CCJ's were unsatisfied. Maybe they are paying them at £1 a week!!

Many large business organisations have CCJ's usually from the tinker, tailor, & the candle stick maker.

In other words they often don't meet the bills of their smaller suppliers of goods & services on time necessitating them to have to apply to the courts for Judgment, which is usually undefended

I wonder if the CRA's have these on their files, banks' credit scoring must be worse than anyone else's!

Perhaps we should ask our employers to credit check any organisation before risking putting our money into it.. :p

Spot On, Spotnot its a pity you can't publish your source for all to see but I know your secret.....he,he,he.

You do?? Ah well, nothing is secret in the world of finance!! Except how banks arrive at their charges!;)

Seeing as it is Friday and my boss is away, I'll do a bit more digging and see if I can find any more CCJ's
