Hi to everyone

Have spent weeks trawling through threads for Barclays and others for information etc whilst writing and receiving letters from Head Office - all the standard stuff - with nothing new/unusual to report but have now put in my claim via moneyclaim so am taking the time out to say a big thank you to all who run this brill site, and for all of you who have given great advice. Will now keep up the progress reports - and absolutely promise 5% of anything I might get back to the site to carry on the great work !!

Just had a thought - should I inform someone of claim no etc or do I wait until I reach the next stage ?

yes please send a pm to one of the mods with your claim number, the amount your claiming, and the date claim was deemed to be served or acknowleged also you can mention which court its in aswell

Can anyone advise me ? Have now received AQ and about to send it in but a bit confused by the fee. My charges by Barclays are £1145 - below the £1500 claim threshold requiring a fee, the 8% interest brings the claim to £1414 - still below - but the £120 court fee brings the total claim to £1534 - so do I need to send the £100 fee or not ? Would appreciate any help - ta
