Okay... long time since i've posted here so... hello everyone =)

.. They are charging me around £20 a day until i cough up nearly £2,000.. i only went £39 overdrawn in the first place!.

These is really getting beyond the joke now, i am refusing to pay them and also refuse to talk to them on the phone. Yet, they still don't sent any personall written letters out.. just automated ones reminding me of there unfair bank charges. I will even refuse to pay monthly installments.

I am working, but i only get £600 a month and i still owe around £8,000 to other creditors.

How do i go about taking them to small claims court, who do i call/contact ect?...

Thanks guys.

The guy upstairs seriously has a problem with me.. Nothing seems to go right!!!:|
