Hi all, wanted to pop in and say Hi to everyone active on this forum, at first glance this is the place to be for info on my battle with BOS, i am looking forward to reading all i can get my grubby little hands on with help in reclaiming a seemingly paltry £335.00 in charges. Found my way here through the Govan law centre website, which was a useful resource too.

Where I am at the moment...After sending off for a list of my charges and receiving in return a ream of statements for the past 6 yrs, cost £5.00, i then sent GLC's letter 1 to BOS head office... I received today a letter from a customer relations officer at Bank of Scotland PO BOX, Dunfermline, stating that essentially my complaint will be held in stasis until such times as the outcome of the legal proceedings between the OFT and the banks is resolved...GLC unfortunately do not have a suitable letter for this instance. However, it seems to me that after sherriff Derek Pyle and Sheriff Noel McPartlin's refusal to sist cases in Scotland recently and the banks losses in court I feel I have a way forward through legal action so it's Hi Ho, Hi Ho, off to small claims court I go....Good luck everyone! If someone could point me in the right direction, i'd be obliged...

Thanks for your kind reply Scott, I may be being particularly stupid but i see no letter template that is a suitable response to the letter I received. I shall post in the forum you suggest. Many thanks.

Oh, its a small point but is "Fiend" not "Friend" :D
