I have been having an ongoing issue with BT which i complained to OTELO and they have finally come back to me with there 2nd and final offer of £300 which i am not happy to accept and would like to take the matter further well take bT to court.

 

Has anybody ever done this ?

You don't say what the amount is in relation to, so I can't assess the 'fairness' of their offer. Sure, you can take them to Court if you feel strongly, but you have to balance this against possibly losing the original amount offered too....

I have already started the county court process. I missed a bill payment and having paid it was informed that the line would be reconnected withing 24 hours guaranteed. Unknown to me i am on an old analague esexchange or somthing so unlike other peoeple have thier number restricted our got cut off! 3 days later it was reconnected after they admitted that they has messed things up.

I submitted a claim for breach of contract and am claiming damages. I lost poteinal clients and had to send staff home for 3 days.

Current status is that BT have lodged a defence (admitting they did not reconnect within 24 hours). Am prep my claim in details at the mo. Due by April 4th
