Hi you would need to scan the documents onto computer then remove all personal data and then use something like photobucket to post them on your thread for the experts to give an opinion on them.

Can you scan and post all the documents up?

Remove all personal details but leave money figures, if any,as they sometimes help

Hmm difficult to see from that image, but is there any mention of an interest rate, a credit limit (or how that limit would be determined), and your repayment obligations?

Is there any reference in that document to any terms & conditions either overleaf or otherwise? if so, were these included with that document?

sorry for the list of questions, but better to be as certain as we can be.

Are those conditions of use linked (other than by referal) to the main signed document.

Do they have your signature, account number, name anything?

Do they have the prescribed terms - an interest rate, a credit limit (or how that limit would be determined), and your repayment obligations?
