17/10/2006 Recieve claim against me from lloyds TSB for £312.82

18/10/06 S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) sent

03/02/07 Claim allocated to small claims. Hearing set for 15/05/07. Lloyds ordered to file statement setting out how they calculate their charges

15/05/07 Lloyds do not attend. Judgement ordered for £192 approx, £3 travel costs and removal of default notice

29/05/07 4pm Lloyds deadline for payment of CCJ expires. Warrant of execution ready to go

19/06/07 Letter from court stating Lloyds have made a cheque payment to court

the 40 day deadline is well overdue and so far no response, not to surprised at this as the letter was not sent recorded delivery. will send another one over weekend, this time recorded del.

the last one was sent to Matrix court in swansea

Any thoughts on alternative addresses

Matrix is their 'preferred' address for these communications. I also use their Wythenshaw (Manchester) one, as I know the senior complaints team are based there.

 

I'm currently in the same situation as you - I dealt with Adrian Ogle at the CEOs office and had an exchange of emails, but my last two - asking for which address they'd like service of court documents - have been ignored. So I'm preparing to do this on the London registered office.

at last, a reply to my DPA request. 157 pound in charges, mostly NON DD charges and a couple of 10 pounds late fees. not going to do anything until after my jollies... roll on friday,getting ready for a sardine frenzy, Portugal here i come
