3 is there any way im still liable to pay them the money ??

Yes, but in writing only. Do not speak to them on the phone.
2 can they CCJ me due to the fact they cant find me???

Nope, but it's not due to them not knowing where you are. It's the fact that it's statute barred so they can't take any legal action on the account.
3 is there any way im still liable to pay them the money ??

No, if it's over 6 years since payment was made or an offer of payment was made then the debt is statute barred. Send them template M from the link here
5 can she tell them to stop phoning as a legal right to her
She can send them this letter here

If they continue to phone keep a log of any calls and report them to Trading Standards for harassment.

Send the letters recorded delivery so that you know when they have been received.

HAVE YOU BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY BY CREDITORS OR DCA's?

BEWARE OF CLAIMS MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OFFERING TO WRITE OFF YOUR DEBTS.
