Cheekiness towards a DCA

Ooh yeah, and I have more grovelling from Lowell... a letter confirming my increased payments, and on the bottom.....

 

'May I take this opportunity to thank you for your diligence in paying!!!'

 

That's one thing I'll never, ever see on a letter from a DCA.

 

I'll stick to Moorcroft's "pre court division" printed in the same shade of red ink that I want my toilet decorating in.

Most shops give you a refund if you're not happy with your purchase. Not the movie and music industry. I wonder why?

 

Interesting point FB Wonder if anyone has tried to get an online refund for a CD or a film.

Oh what a silly advert that is Knock off Nigel is, Would have loved to be at the meeting where that one was thought up I can just imagine Some nerd saying "I know we will shame the public into not buying DVD's CD's with a knockoff Nigel in a pub", Then a Tim but Dim guy says yes we will go with that. Followed with a Peter Griffen (off Family Guy) type laugh.

 

What really makes me laugh is that Knockoff Nigel Is made to feel and look uncomfortable. Yes that would be right.

The knock off nigel in my local pub is a chinese guy who comes in on sunday lunchtimes with a rucksack full of dvds.

 

The old guy who sits in the corner must have the biggest porn collection in the uk by now.

Can anyone tell me if my small claims actions would be valid against a DCA who I have invoiced for costs involved on my part for dealing with their claim for payment, without a valid CCA? I sent them two invoices with a breakdown of the costs of the back of each. Just wondering whether I should go whole hog cheekiness and try to get them to pay up:D

Personally, I don't know, but it would be great if it could be done...Imagine the pile of invoices the DCAs etc. would get and then the small claims actions, orders to pay, CCJ's. bailiffs etc.

Good morning everyone..

 

It has been brought to my attention that something I am absolutely incredulous at was posted here under my username last night.

Vincentfan, it seems that you saw it and I can only profusely apologise.

I DID NOT, I REPEAT NOT, MAKE THAT POST. I am way too professional and devoted to my job to ever consider coming on a public forum and talking the way the person who posted did. I was in bed when it was written.

I do know who it was, and I am mad at myself for trusting them with my login details. I only did it because I needed them to ask an important banks-related question, as my internet was off yesterday and I needed to know urgently if anyone else was having a problem with their card (posted in the A&L forum) which they did, but they also took it upon themselves to post utter lies made up from the excerpts of a reflective diary I am writing for work. (which they shouldnt have been reading anyway)Thankfully, they came clean this morning and told me what they have written and at least had the sense to delete it but Im very upset that they thought it was funny, it has taken me quite a while to build up repuatation etc and am really hacked off that a so-called friend could try and ruin everything for me.

Once again, Im very sorry.... let the morals of this story be 1)dont give your login details to anyone; and 2) be careful who you trust.
