been tempted to blow a loud whistle down the phone at anyone calling on a weekend if there has been a 2 second silence first :D Might as well ruin their weekend as much as they wanted to ruin mine!! lol Still, never actually done it , although its tempting.

8-40 pm had one knock my door , he got told in no uncertain terms that if he ever knocked my door at that time again id seriously damage his chances of reproducing .

Got a letter back from his company after complaining saying he could call upto 9-00pm as this was not beleived to be too late , this was before id heard of CAG , so it was just idle threats from them and huge threats of disfigurement for the next dc who they sent , funny enough not one more call and the said debt has seemed to go away , its been nearly 3 years .

Latest phone call has been just after 10pm, but I regularly receive calls after 9pm (almost daily).

Steps Completed

S.A.R. Sent on 31st October 2006

S.A.R. Received 1st November 2006

Letter received from Abbey saying statements and microfiche on the way Received 20th November 2006

Received 14 copy statements for 1 account and 12 for another on 21st November 2006. Began prelim prep.

Request for repayment of fees and schedule of charges sent on 27th July 2007.

Next Action

LBA going out on 10th August 2007
