Hi i phoned the sales team on the 4th Feb 08 and aranged for a LG Viewty mobile phone to be sent out, was told will be there next day. I received the phone on 7th Feb 08 charged it switched it on and got no reception. my other 2 mobiles i have full signal and never had a problem.

I phoned and explained that i was not happy with the mobile and that i wanted to change it to a nokia n95 8gb. i was then put on hold for 10 mins and then was informed that they didnt have any in stock. i asked if i could go to my local 3 store to exchange the mobile and was informed that i couldnt.

I phoned back 10 mins later and got thro to glasgow. they informed me that there was stock available, and they will put me thro to customer services.. got to customer services and was told nope no stock.

I phoned 5 local 3 stores and they all said they have got plenty of stock...

what can i do.

is there a phone number to call 3 in the Uk. so i can get the phone swapped..

They are telling me i cant do that.

 

and also i having a prob with a returned modem. that they received back on 3rd Jan 08, which indian call centres say it has been sent back but UK side saying it aint
