I received a call off a DCA recently "demanding" that i gave them my bank card details so that payment could be made to them there and then.

A few moments of stunned disbelief was quickly followed by fits of laughter to which the guy was getting aggitated and saying that i wasnt treating the matter seriously.

Needless to say that he didnt get the details.

But can anyone beat that as to its absurdity?

if not you will SOON receive a demand letter from them, look in templates library on this site and send them a CCA request,

dont sign it with usual signature do a scribble or something, send £1 postal order with it by recorded/special delivery (except for bank over drafts)

NEVER talk to dca's on the phone,

If my advice has been helpful please feel free to click on my scales
