Personally, I disagree with the whole "template tenancy agreement", as it really should be tailored to the property.

are you sure you want to get into renting if you are asking questions like: can I get a tenant easily or when can I get a tenancy agreement?

Please make sure you know what you are doing as there are serious consequences for getting things wrong.

As the previous people have said, make sure you know what your getting yourself into before renting a room/property.

But if you want "templates" if you visit websites such as Spare-Room, Housepals, Newroommate or any of these websites setup to help people let/rent rooms out, almost all the sites have advice and "templates".

But please ensure you know what your doing, as you may end up here posting "HELP ME GET MY ROOM MATE OUT!" or something similar.

Under no circumstances should you speak with a Debt Collections Agency via telephone, request that all future correspondence is done in writing, a letter template for this can be located here.
