Hi All,

well, what an edn to the week- which has been a horrendous one! I lost my parents recently which is still very raw, however, sat at home today (on reduced hours at work) and I was listening to a song that neabs a lot to me- Looking Back (over my shoulder)- Mike & The Mechanics, when I received a call- looked on caller display to see 'international caller' presuming it was a sales call, left it and left it, anyway, the mobile then started- it was a guy I met in Oz, advising me they can offer me work as a Tour Guide near melbourne- starting 1st March 2008!

I can't keep looking back, but will never forget, thanks for everyone's support!

Hi ab,

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss........... our parents are the biggest part of our lives and to lose them must be unbearable. You have all my sympathies and also my very best wishes.

If you've got a chance to make a fresh start elsewhere and you don't have any ties/responsibilities in the UK.......... GO FOR IT!!!! You're 100% right - you can't keep looking back, you can only ever look forward. I'm sure your parents would wholeheartedly agree with that as well ;)

Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the very best of luck and happiness for the future.

Love, Hedgey xxx :);)

None of us know what lies around the corner but light comes after dark and good things come from bad.

The song is of course a classic....and its an irony that the guy himself was killed in a car crash at the height of his fame.....Music tho always helps us through.

Their other track "Living years " was also a lovely song.

Best of luck to you.....dont forget to keep in touch.:)

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men.

Blessed is he who in the name of charity and goodwill shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children.

And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers.

And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.
