Howdy everyone,

A friend i work refered me to the site, and *DARN* glad he did.

Over the course i have incurred a ridiculous amount of £90 charges for being 3 days overdrawn.

Whats boiling my blood is that these charges of £90 were incurred for making a debt of £3:00 on some occasions.

And thats not to mention the £30 end of month charge witch bring the total'ometor to a whopping £120.

I have just today requested my statements since October 2005, and once i have calculated the total amount i have been (now that i think about, because at first i felt guilty for being overdrawn!) screwed over by...

I would really appreciate some feed back/ input on where to go next.

thanks, carlton :)

Welcome aboard :)

Is October 2005 when you opened the account ? If not, you may want to ask for details of charges back to June 2000 ;)

Once you've established the charges you need to send a Prelim letter - this one

Wicked, i've hada ISA account with them since i was 12.

And i just needed and account to pay my wages into, that was opened in the october, and i have requested the statements beginning from when the account was opened.

Thank you very much for the advice ;)

I'll keep everyone posted, to as when i recieve the statements and have sent them the letter. (fingers crossed)

Howdy Guys and Gals,

Just recieved my Bank Statements, and after my calculations, i'm owed a 'over excessive' £993, but i think i may round it down to £990, just to be kind! ...... On second thoughts I don't think i will.

Anyway I have prepared my letter and it should be off in the post today, and lets see what happens from here.
