Hi just a quick qustion before I get going. The charges on my statements dropped at some point to £12.00. Can I still claim the £12 charges as well as the £20 ones? Do I just claim for everything or the difference between the now and then amounts? Want to get it right.

It's just a waiting game.....

:p;) 8-)

Hi, Shazzam.

Yes claim the £12 charges too. They are still a penalty charge.

Regards.

Scott.

Cap11 will probably offer you the difference between the cahregs and £12 but just stick in there and you will get it all back just as Scott says.

Hi all well you were right Cap One does respond quickly and have offered to pay the difference between the two amounts. I do have to say they are very polite but I shall continue with the next stage and send off LBA with them. Hope they are as obliging with the next one.

By the way thanx for the support.

My pleasure. Always happy to oblige someone kicking the cap out of Cap1.
