hi all, can anyone help me out?.i was parked in the peel centre in stockport on 21st dec after nipping into argos for about 15 minutes, i returned to my car and drove home, 2 days ago i received a letter from excel parking saying i had ben find for incorrect parking between the lines and they said as i hadnt appealed against the ticket issued i could no longer fight it, the fine is for £100, and this is the 1st connect i have had from excel, i can catagorically state that NO TICKET WAS AFFIXED TO MY CAR, if there had been ide have appealed against it, there were cars parked either side of me on the car park so it wasnt as if i was causing an obstruction or stopping others from parking, can anyone offer any advice as to how to deal with this .... thanks ... hampy

Hi, Hampy.

It takes a wee while to get to grips with it all, have a look at this.....

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/welcome-consumer-forums/107001-how-do-i-dummies.html

The 'Stickys' are the group of threads at the top of each Forum, deemed important enough by the Site Admin to remain at the top, and not get lost in the main body of threads..

If you need any more help, just ask.

Regards.

Scott.
